In the current era, an analysis of the business environment reveals that consumers increasingly order food and beverages through delivery services rather than going to purchase them in-store. This shift is due to the convenience of ordering through delivery services, which can be done from anywhere at any time without the need to travel to the store. Although ordering food and beverages via delivery has become more popular, a common issue that creates dissatisfaction among consumers is incomplete delivery of beverages, particularly problems with the quality of packaging that is not strong enough or does not fit the beverage properly, leading to leaks. This issue results in transportation problems that can damage the products, affecting the business’s credibility and the product’s integrity during transportation. To address this, we aim to improve the quality of transportation and packaging to enhance reliability and consumer trust in receiving complete products and to ensure safe transportation for the operators.

     Objectives for Packaging Development

   1. Customer Satisfaction : Focus on ensuring that customers feel confident in the quality of packaging that can prevent leaks or damage during delivery.

   2. Brand Image : Emphasize developing packaging that is distinctive, memorable, and different from what is commonly available in the market.

   3. Innovative Packaging : Design creative packaging that addresses both functionality and sustainability, such as using eco-friendly materials that are durable, strong, and recyclable.

     Target Audience and Insight

Target Audience : The primary target is consumers in large cities or communities that regularly use food delivery services, such as office workers, young people who value convenience, families, and international tourists seeking convenient food and beverage delivery to their homes.

Insight :  Convenience in using the service is a key factor in purchasing decisions. This target group generally expects packaging to be well-designed to prevent damage during transportation.

Designing Packaging for Society and the Environment

Designing environmentally-friendly packaging is a major trend today. We consider

   1. Sustainable and Recyclable Materials : Using kraft paper as part of the packaging, which is strong, water-resistant, and can withstand abrasion and punctures. Additionally, it helps reduce environmental pollution since kraft paper can be recycled and reused, minimizing waste.

   2. Reducing Material Use : Currently, beverage shops commonly use paper or plastic bags along with paper cup holders for take-away or delivery to prevent spills and damage. This increases costs and waste. Therefore, we design packaging that integrates both the bag and cup holder into a single package to reduce costs and utilize resources more efficiently.

Marketing Activities and Brand Development Through Packaging

Packaging is not just a product wrapper; it can also serve as a marketing tool to add value. The materials used are durable, eco-friendly, and sustainable, allowing for reuse. For example, packaging can be repurposed as a decorative item to brighten up a workspace, as a gift or souvenir for others, or, if not reused, it can easily be recycled.
