Inspired by the "Four Symbols" The Four Symbols are four mythical creatures representing the four directions in Chinese culture and mythology and East Asian countries, including the Azure Dragon of the East, the White Tiger of the West, Zhou Duke of the South and Huyen Vu of the North. Because Saigon Beer has a large market share in the market, this product adds flavor to target female customers or, more simply, adds an option to quench thirst for customers.
The Four Symbols also represent the 4 directions (East, West, South, North) and 4 seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). In addition, they also correspond to the Four Great Patriarchs in European legend: water (green – Thanh Long), wind (white – White Tiger), fire (red – Vermillion Bird) and earth (black – Huyen Vu).
Thanh Long: Is the guardian deity of strength, overseeing the military.
Bach Ho: Is the guardian deity of authority, overseeing the frontier.
Chu Tuoc: Is the guardian deity of development, overseeing energy energy, light.
Huyen Vu: Is the guardian deity of luck, happiness, and oversees human destiny and longevity.
