Idea: Design a Tet gift box not only with an eye-catching appearance to give to family, relatives, and friends, but also with the meaning of being able to use them for not only the purpose of giving gifts - after eating the cake, put it in the trash. And why did we choose the Tet gift box? Because Vietnam's Lunar New Year is coming, our group chose the Tet theme to participate in this packaging design contest.

The main color is red - the atmosphere of Lunar New Year in Vietnam. The Dong Son Bronze Drum's sunken surface represents the unique culture of Vietnam. Prominent is the yellow apricot blossom branch in full bloom with the swallow signaling the coming of spring - these are all symbols of Vietnamese Tet. The Tet lettering in white tones stands out on a red background and uses the calligraphy font style - a feature of Ong Do culture in ancient times. The slogan: "Love cake box - Full of happiness" partly represents the conveyed design content as well as the name given above. The group all gathered together and came up with the current box lid design.

The back of the box lid is designed with a Ganh chess set - originating from Quang Nam. The dots are the first placement points of the pieces on both sides. Each player will take turns moving his random pieces to any empty point horizontally, diagonally or vertically as desired. The goal is to change all the colors of your opponent's pieces to your own pieces. At the same time, they have no more pieces to move.

The cross section is one of four small boxes. The images designed on the four sides of the box are all images of togetherness and happiness: banh chung, peach blossoms, apricot blossoms, New Year's Eve meals, New Year wishes and receiving lucky money envelopes, lion dances, fireworks, etc. .. Because the color tone of the box is red, the colors designed on the box lid are also bright, eye-catching tones that stand out on this tone.

The bottom of the box is divided into 4 compartments to hold 4 cake boxes. In addition, the partitions help us reuse the cake box after using it to hold items such as lucky money, clips, pins, etc.
